  • Open-ended therapy, as required.
  • Unlimited access to mental fitness tools, exercises and programs.
  • Referral to specialist care, where required.

Total Mental Health, the first service of its kind in Europe, represents an end-to-end mental health offering which provides support to all users across the full spectrum of mental health.

Speaking at the launch of the new offering, Tamsin Trevarthen, Head of Culture and Capability at Irish Distillers said, “Empowering our team members to maintain and continuously improve their mental health and wellbeing is a major priority at Irish Distillers. Over the last few months, we invited our employees to provide feedback on what wellbeing means to them and how they’d like to be supported. This offering from our partner, Spectrum.Life, is a great fit with what we believe our employees are looking for to proactively support and manage their wellbeing needs.”

Stephen Costello, CEO of Spectrum.Life added, “Having worked with Irish Distillers for a number of years, we’re excited to be extending our partnership to include a game-changing mental health and wellbeing solution for their entire team. Employee needs have changed in recent months with many placing a much greater emphasis on their overall wellbeing and employers must respond to this by introducing new supports which go beyond what was previously deemed as acceptable. We’re excited to once again see Irish Distillers leading the way as it pertains to employee wellbeing.”
