Stephen co-founded Spectrum.Life at the age of 27 having helped to develop the corporate wellness element of sister company, Spectrum Health. In less than a year, Stephen's ability to build a team that meets his tendency for ambition has seen the young company grow at a phenomenal rate, increasing employee numbers by more than 100 people in less than 12 months.

Stuart is Spectrum.Life’s Chairman and co-founder, focused on helping the leadership team as the Company builds global market leading status in innovative workplace health & wellbeing.
Stuart’s two decades of diverse entrepreneurial leadership experience include working in the aviation industry for airlines including Ryanair, before while still in his 20’s co-founding EUJet, an Irish airline, where he also served as the company's Deputy CEO. Stuart sold that business in 2005 and has been focused on the healthcare industry ever since. Stuart has a proven track record in healthcare as the founder and Chairman of a number of other market leading health companies including Spectrum Health, GP24, and Spectrum Mental Health, to name a few. He is currently on the Board as Chairman of a successful Chartered Accountancy firm, Dublin Ski Centre, Ergonomics firm, health & beauty company and a start-up Financial Services firm.
Stuart brings creativity, entrepreneurial energy and a wealth of experience in growing health, service and technology companies and scaling global marketplaces. Stuart is married to Anne, who leads Spectrum Health as its Managing Director and they have 2 children, PJ and Jilly.

Dr Emelina Ellis, Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Spectrum.Life, is a chartered counselling psychologist and a member of the Board of the EAPA (Employee Assistance Programme Association). Emelina has many years' experience in leading Global EAP Clinical teams. Emelina works on the development, service delivery and clinical governance of Spectrum.Life; she splits her time between clinical practice, service level clinical governance, and supporting the Mental Health teams who work with service users (individuals and company clients). Emelina is passionate about increasing understanding and developing awareness around mental health, eliminating barriers to accessing care, and ensuring evidence-based, clinically robust services are delivered across all areas of Spectrum Life’s business.

Gareth is the former Vice-President of Google Cloud who joined the board and became a shareholder in 2020.

Gareth has been Chairman since May 2020 and is based in the UK. A veteran of 40+ years of corporate leadership, Gareth is a former CFO and CEO of both public and private companies, and he has chaired a number of high growth and tech businesses. He also serves as Executive Coach to many CEOs around the world.

Johnny has worked in healthcare for over ten years in various leadership roles across mental health and primary care and is experienced in leading scaled change within health systems and healthcare delivery teams. At Spectrum.Life, Johnny leads our commercial and operational activities in Ireland and is accountable for our global operations.

Gary has over 15 years’ experience in Technology and has worked in many sectors ranging from FinTech, Gaming, AdTech, Media, Digital Advertising, Manufacturing and Banking. He has recently returned to Ireland after living in Berlin for the past 8 years, working in companies such as Bombardier and most recently in the Media & Gaming sector for Media Games Invest and Gamigo where he held a leadership position as Group Chief Technical Officer. He uses his expertise in all areas of technology and business – from Cloud, Development, Data, M&A, Transformation & Cyber security and has a passion for building motivated & energetic technology teams.

Alison is the former MD of BUPA International and current Non-Executive Director at Tesco. Alison joined the board of Spectrum.Life as Non-Executive Director in 2020.
