We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, each led by an experienced and qualified fitness instructor. Employees can enjoy anything from a HIIT class to yoga. All classes are available as a once-off or as a six-week series.

Yoga

Yoga is a great and proactive way of looking after the wellbeing of their employees. Besides the benefit to body and mind, yoga can be done with very little space, minimal equipment and little wardrobe change! We offer cost-effective corporate yoga classes on-site which are tailored to your company’s need, and designed to suit both men and women of all fitness levels

Energiser Session

This unique class is a workout for the mind and the body, comprising of a number of individual breathing and movement exercises along with team interaction and activities designed to energize and awaken the senses. Great for energy, fun, team bonding, a break away from the desk. This is an exceptionally popular class so be sure to book well in advance!

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a combination of high-intensity intervals with low-intensity recovery periods. HIIT workouts have been scientifically proven to be as effective and more efficient than traditional moderate-intensity endurance training at increasing your cardiovascular health, aerobic and anaerobic capacities, burning fat and increasing insulin sensitivity. It’s an excellent workout that has lasting benefits for participants.

Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp is a circuit-training-style programme where participants can expect to work hard, but also enjoy a new dimension to exercising. Because of the variety that these sessions bring, our Bootcamp gives everyone who joins a great workout without getting bored with the same programme week after week. This class is available as a 6-week programme with 3 classes per week.

Posture Right

Posture Right classes are designed for men and women who suffer from poor posture due to poor muscle strength and weakened core, such as those sitting in an office at a desk all day. The result of this is often back and neck pain, and discomfort while performing everyday tasks. We have classes to suit all levels of ability and ages.

Pilates

Pilates is a mat-based form of exercise which is low impact in nature and uses gentle resistance to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the whole body but with special emphasis on strengthening the core. Provide your employees with a balanced blend of strength and flexibility exercises improving posture, performance and muscle tone for all levels of fitness.
